Refund policy

Please contact us at roshaan074@gmail.com before returning any item. All return requests must be approved first. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address according to our supplier's return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
